The majority of our communication, submissions, and bookings are handled via email and text to ensure efficiency and timely responses. Because casting timelines move quickly and audition slots are limited, prompt replies are essential. We ask that you respond as soon as possible when receiving a request.
If you receive a casting notice and would like to be submitted, please reply directly to the email. There is no need to call the office—once we receive your response, our team will handle the submission process. If selected, a booker will follow up with next steps.
Please read all emails thoroughly before responding, as most questions are answered within the original message. When replying, always include your full name exactly as it appears in our system so we can properly identify you.
If you do not hear back after being submitted, it means you were not selected. Due to the volume of submissions, we are not able to notify each individual.
Common Terms
1. “Can we submit you?”
This means we are confirming your availability and interest. A “yes” indicates you are fully available for all listed dates and agree to all terms (rate, location, responsibilities, etc.).
2. “Sides”
These are the lines provided for your audition.
3. “Callback”
You’ve been selected to be seen again. We recommend keeping the same look as your initial audition.
4. “On hold” / “First option”
You are being seriously considered and should keep the dates available. If another opportunity arises, you must notify us immediately so we can give priority to the client holding you.
5. “Released”
You are no longer being considered for the role.
6. “Booked” / “Direct booked”
You have secured the job.
Professional Expectations
Once booked, you are expected to be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times. Cancellations, tardiness, or unprofessional behavior reflect directly on both you and the agency and may impact future opportunities.
Regardless of the booking size or rate, we value professionalism and consistency above all.
Booking Details & Payment
Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details (call time, location, wardrobe, rate, etc.). Please review this carefully to ensure you are fully prepared. If you have not received it by the evening prior, check your spam folder and reach out if needed.
Payments can take up to 90 days to be processed by the client. Once received, we issue payment promptly. Please ensure your W9 is up to date, as checks will be sent to the address on file.
